Kimberly Ricketts passed away Friday, August 14, 2026, at Baptist Health in Paducah, KY. She was a loving and caring woman who never met a stranger and was always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone in need.
Throughout her life, Kimberly held many occupations, but her greatest joy was being a mother and later a proud "GG" (Gangsta Grams) to her grandchildren. She was also a mother figure to many who affectionately knew her as "Momma Cita." Her kindness, compassion, and unwavering love left a lasting impact on everyone who knew her.
Kimberly was preceded in death by her parents, William Futrell and Sylvia Futrell; her siblings, Bill Futrell, Sherry Jones, and Jeff Futrell; and her children, Shawn, Adusta Dawn, and Kandice Grace.
She is survived by her husband, Randy Ricketts; her children, Brentley Tunnell, Lucrecia Tunnell, William Tunnell, and Lavauna Ricketts; her cherished grandchildren, Hailey Loyd, Evan Tunnell, Robert Tunnell, Nicole Tunnell, Keanen Barnett, Grizz Barnett, Christopher Snider, Anias Snider, Lulu Snider, Jazmine Snider, Hazel Marie Tunnell, and Johnny Andreas Tunnell; her nieces, Hannah Taber, Avana Futrell, Savannah Futrell, and Sha'Anna Futrell; and her nephew, Jeff Tatro.
Services are being planned and will be announced at a later date. Imes Funeral Home and Crematory is entrusted with caring for her family.
